Add a pinch of salt, Curry, Turmeric, garlic powder, thyme and small margarine to boiling water.
Lower the heat, add washed fonio and cook for approximately ten minutes taking out the thyme stalk. After fluffing let it cool.
Cut the spring onion, green pepper, bell pepper, tomatoes and onion to desired shapes and sizes.
In a saucepan on a medium heat, put your margarine, allow to melt add your chopped vegetables with a pinch of salt to taste, stir for 5minutes and put off the fire.
In a bowl add cook fonio and stir-fried vegetables and mix thoroughly.
