Mix Flour Bread
Easy to prepare an insanely delicious Recipe
1 kg of Gluten Free Fonio Mix flour or bread flour
- 12 Grams of fresh yeast.
- 50 Grams of white sugar.
- 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric.
- 600 Grams of lukewarm water.
- 140 Grams of olive oil.
- 1 Teaspoon of salt.
PREPARATION:
In a mixer with a kneading hook, put flour, sugar, yeast, turmeric and water, and mix at low-medium speed for five minutes.
Increase the speed of the mixer and add salt. After a minute, add the olive oil in a few strokes (do not pour it all at once, but add in four drops, and in each drop wait until the oil is absorbed into the mixture).
After all the oil has been absorbed, leave for another five minutes until the dough is smooth and uniform.
Leave to rise in a greased vessel until the dough doubles in volume (about an hour and a half).
Divide into four parts and shape into a focaccia shape.
Bake in an oven preheated to a temperature of 250 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
When leaving the oven, spread with olive oil, and serve.
